REFUND AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- Product should be unused according to what was shipped in packaging or original factory condition.
- Don’t Remove TAGS.
- Email us with order number and reason.
- Buyer doesn’t like the merchandise after receiving, then the buyer is responsible for shipping back the merchandise to our warehouse and buyer will be liable for postage charges.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Order cancellation fee is 10% of actual paid amount.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with the order number.

- Same payment method used, whether PayPal or debit / credit card payment.

You can write an email with an order number to check status any time.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE :
Email photos of defective merchandise that you received and we will exchange it free of cost.

Email us photos of merchandise with a brief description of the difference, we will take care of your concerns.
SIZE DOES NOT FIT:
It’s mandatory to check our size chart before placing the order.
- Wrong size selection and it is not fit, it is only for exchange not applicable for refund.
- For an exchange purpose just email us with order number and desired size.
NON REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE:
- Custom made jackets (Made to measure) are non-refundable in any case.
- In case the customer selects two similar products at a single time, the return and exchange offer will not be valid. Hence it will also restrict the resale value generation practice for ordering different products for the purpose of trial and selecting only one.
